The initiative of founding Good Samaritan C.B.O started with Bishop Elias Karisa of Jesus Generation crusaders mission to respond to Gods call to care for the widows and orphans from this slum kind of community.Starting from his church on a free-hand support, depending mostly from the church Offerings and his own means. Then the Burden grew, this resolved to the creation of the C.B.O. With the help of his church leaders and local administration leaders, Bishop Karisa initiated and managed to form the Good Samaritan C.B.O. It was officially registered in 2019 meant to support subject members on Humanitarian needs, education and legal rights especially to the children.

Good Samaritan C.B.O started a children center in 2017 which helped more than 300 children with a total free education to orphans and low cost charged fees to children from poor families. The 2019 covid pandemic lockdown affected the center which resulted to a total closure even after the lockdowns. Today we maintain humanitarian support to the widows and the most affected children in the society named orphans and vulnerable street children. Having witnessed a success to his ambitions, the man of God decided to expand his mission wherever he got an opportunity to plant a church. To those who adapted his guidance have managed to start C.B.Os named under his visionary name: GOOD SAMARITAN.

In future, he intends to advance these centres into children homes centres and senior citizens home
